At MONTVNA, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Damaged Items — If your item arrives with printing defects, fabric damage, or any manufacturing flaw, you are eligible for a full refund or free replacement.
  • Wrong Item Received — If you receive an item different from what you ordered (wrong design, wrong size due to our error), we will send the correct item at no additional cost or issue a full refund.
  • Lost in Transit — If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window and tracking confirms the package is lost, we will reship your order or issue a full refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to the nature of our products, the following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
  • Items returned without prior authorization.
  • Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address.
  • Items that do not fit due to personal size preference (please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing).
  • Items from promotional bundles (e.g., Buy 2 Get 3) where only partial items are returned — bundle promotions must be returned in full.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us — Email us at contact@montanabrandllc.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the defect or problem.
  2. Await Confirmation — Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with a resolution.
  3. Ship the Item (if applicable) — If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Refund Process

  • Refund Method — Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • Processing Time — Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, or after approval for items that do not require return (e.g., damaged goods where we request photo evidence only).
  • Bank Processing — Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or design, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Promotional & Bundle Orders

For orders placed under a promotional offer (e.g., Buy 2 Get 3):

  • Returns are accepted only if the entire bundle is returned.
  • Partial returns of promotional bundles are not eligible for refund.
  • If the full bundle is returned, the refund will reflect the amount actually paid at checkout.

Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Wrong Items — We cover all return shipping costs.
  • All Other Approved Returns — Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
