Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at montvna.com. This Shipping Policy outlines the details regarding processing, shipping methods, delivery timelines, and related information for all orders placed on our Site.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

During high-demand periods — such as new collection drops, promotional events, or holiday seasons — processing times may extend by an additional 1–2 business days. If a significant delay is expected, we will notify you by email.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may begin processing the following business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories.

Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders during select promotional periods. Any active free shipping thresholds will be displayed on the Site at the time of purchase.

3. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All orders must be shipped to a valid U.S. address.

We may expand shipping destinations in the future. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media for updates.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your package in real time
  • The estimated delivery date

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

5. Order Tracking

You can track your order at any time using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking information has not updated for more than 5 business days, please contact us at contact@montanabrandllc.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

6. Delivery Issues

Package Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

  1. Check all delivery locations around your property (front door, side entrance, mailbox, with a neighbor, building reception).
  2. Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered prematurely.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to open an investigation.
  4. If the issue remains unresolved after contacting the carrier, email us at contact@montanabrandllc.com with your order number and we will assist you further.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you realize your address is incorrect after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@montanabrandllc.com. We will do our best to update your address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the fulfillment process.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives with visible damage to the packaging or the product inside, please take photos of both the packaging and the item(s) and contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@montanabrandllc.com. We will resolve the issue in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

7. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take longer than standard estimated timelines. Expedited and express shipping options may not be available for these address types.

8. Shipping During Promotions and Drops

During new collection releases and promotional events, order volume may be higher than usual. While we make every effort to maintain standard processing times, please allow for the possibility of slightly extended processing during these periods.

Orders from promotional bundles (e.g., Buy 2 Get 3) are shipped together as a single package. We do not split bundle orders across multiple shipments.

9. Carrier Delays

Once your order is in the carrier's possession, delivery timelines are outside of our direct control. Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather events or natural disasters
  • Carrier operational issues or high volume periods
  • Incorrect or incomplete address information
  • Customs or regulatory holds (for U.S. territories)

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If you experience a significant delay, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. You may also reach out to us and we will assist where possible.

10. Multiple Orders

If you place multiple separate orders, each order will be processed and shipped independently. Orders cannot be combined or merged after being placed, and each may arrive at different times.
